Excellent property with good amenities. Swimming pool is nicely maintained and pool side dining is a wonderful experience. Location is close to matheran station - a pleasant 15 mins walk and there are multiple points very close to the hotel which can be covered on foot. The food options are excellent, a la carte was better than the standard buffet menu. Overall an excellent stay in natural surroundings.

The stay is beautiful and location also good and lot of greenery around the location and hotel but only con is it's 1. 5km away from the main market

It is an excellent property in a plush green environment. You feel connected to nature coz of all the greenery around. It is a very much family-friendly property with no nuisance. Food was great with variety in lunch, dinner and breakfast. Even though it is such a huge property, you will not find even a single corner that is not maintained. Just beware of the monkey as they will always be ready to steal any food item visible in your hand but that is ac-cross matheran, so you can't help it. Working staff was friendly right from the reception to catering. Overall we enjoyed our stay due to which we had extended our stay for an additional day.

the hotel was good staff was also polite but the rooms were very small the bathrooms were also okay ,they were just very small also we had order veg rice but we got chicken rice 😡🤮 also they didn't gave us any compensation for this by just saying a simple sorry i means like how much they are care less

I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a great experience. The location is convenient, with just a 15-minute walk from Matheran railway station. Upon entering, I was immediately impressed with the ambience of the hotel—it had a very welcoming and relaxing atmosphere that set the tone for the stay. The food was another highlight of my visit. Every meal I had was delicious and well-prepared, making dining here a delightful experience. The staff were also courteous and attentive, adding to the positive atmosphere of the hotel. The hotel offers a variety of activities for guests to enjoy, including a swimming pool, table tennis, kids' play area, swings, badminton, carrom, a DJ, and even an open gym. There's something for everyone, making it perfect for families, groups, or solo travelers. The only downside was the swimming pool. Unfortunately, the temperature of the water wasn't maintained properly, and it was too cold to enjoy, no matter the time of day—whether in the afternoon, evening, or morning. This was a bit of a letdown since I was really looking forward to relaxing by the pool. Overall, despite the pool temperature issue, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.
